Pneumatic Guillotine Valve VGA25 with Actuator – Silo and Tank Discharge

The Pneumatic Guillotine Valve controls the discharge or entry of products into silos, tanks, screws, hoppers, mechanical conveyors, feeding bellows inlet, among other applications.

Its construction is robust and easy to install, with pneumatic actuation, and can be modified for timer installation. Special guides on the blade that controls the outlet provide speed in the process, reducing the need for long-term repairs and cleaning.

Applied in various areas of the industry, including agri-food, mineral extraction, feed factories, starch extraction, cereal mills, sanitation, paper, pulp, mining, sugar, alcohol, steel, petrochemical. Additionally, it is used in the storage and production processes of seeds, grains, powders, granules, in the diversified food industry, as well as in gravel, minerals, among others.

Specifications:
– Constructed of ASTM A-36/SAE1020 carbon steel, but can also be entirely made of stainless steel; (304 and 316)
– However, the blade is made of AISI304 stainless steel;
– With PU finish;
– Simple assembly of few parts / (Easy maintenance and installation)
– Sizes up to 1,000mm x 1,000mm
– Interchangeable actuators
