CNC BENDING

CNC bending services, programmed for stainless steel and carbon metal plates. Our bending capacity covers sheets up to 3000mm in length and a thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 16mm, with a force of up to 175 tons. In addition, we provide various options for “V” bend sizes.

PLASMA CUTTING

Plasma cutting services, both CNC and manual, with the capacity to cut stainless steel and carbon steel with a thickness of up to 25mm. The maximum dimensions of the sheet are 3000mm x 1500mm, and we guarantee 100% continuous operation.

LASER CUTTING

Cuts in stainless steel sheets with a thickness of up to 5/8, with maximum dimensions of 3000×1500 on our laser machine.

METAL SHOP

In addition, we offer metalworking services, with functions of bar cutting, sheet drilling, chamfering, angle cutting, and guillotine.

GUILLOTINE

We perform cuts on sheets with a guillotine, with a maximum width of up to 3000mm and a maximum thickness of 6mm in stainless steel and carbon.

LATHE

We have mechanical lathe and milling services, in addition to a column drill. Our team is made up of highly experienced professionals in machining. Additionally, we have planer and boring machines.

ROLLING MACHINE

We have rolling services for large sheets, with a width of up to 2000mm. We also perform rolling on tubes.

TIG MIG WELDING

We offer TIG, MIG, MAG, and Electrode welding services, conducted by specialized professionals with extensive experience in welding of different degrees of complexity.

PLANER

Our planer machine has a travel of up to 800mm.

BORING MACHINE

We have a boring machine with an operating capacity of 1000x2000x1500.

INDUSTRIAL BALANCING

We perform balancing of shafts, pulleys, rotors, motors, among other industrial equipment.

ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY

Our team specializes in industrial electrical assembly, developing and executing customized projects according to the client’s needs.

INDUSTRIAL DRAWINGS AND PROJECTS

In addition to manufacturing services, we also offer project engineering and 3D assemblies.
